By using LeasyCo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
LeasyCo is an AI-native roommate/team formation and rental lead platform. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tenant approval decisions, or lease-signing services.
3. Account and role requirements
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Agent workflows are limited to AGENT-role users and may require additional verification.
4. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API access.
- No abusive, unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
- No attempts to bypass privacy, consent, or payment safeguards.
5. Privacy and lead unlock limits
Contact information and sensitive fields are gated. Unlocking lead contact info requires paid unlock plus user consent under LeasyCo policy.
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
AI outputs are assistance only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all material before relying on it.
7. Payments and refunds
Paid actions are processed through Stripe. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after successful unlock delivery.
8. Limitation of liability
LeasyCo is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. LeasyCo is not responsible for third-party actions, lease outcomes, or agent/renter decisions.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of LeasyCo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
